As President of PangoUSA, Neil combines nearly a decade of mobile industry leadership and CEO experience, as well as expertise in secure online payment processing gained during his time at Verisign. Neil has been featured as a thought leader in the national media and as a contributor to FoxNews, CNBC and the BBC. Neil holds a BA in Mathematics from The Citadel and has completed coursework towards an Executive MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He lives in New York City.
Roy Arad has more than a decade of experience helping internet and enterprise software companies succeed. He began his IT career in the Israeli Defense Forces as a veteran of the well-respected MAMRAM Unit, serving as acting head of the IT department overlooking the Chief of Staff and head Planing unit. In 2006 Roy relocated and joined the Israeli defense mission to the USA where in his last position served as Treasury Auditor. Prior to becoming Auditor Roy was responsible for the procurement of Logistic Equipment for the Israeli Army, activity that totaled 100M dollars annually.In 2011 Roy was appointed EIR Entrepreneur In residents at New York institute of Technology and sits on its advisory board.Roy Holds a BS.C in Business Administration and Management from New York Institute of Technology
Patrick Tobin brings nearly a decade and half of industry experience to the Pango team, having managed all aspects of operations for some of the nation’s largest parking providers. He has run more than sixty commercial parking operations ranging from $250,000 to $2.5 million in annual revenue, and has operated 25 full service hotel, special event and hospital valet operations. Patrick’s experience encompasses everything from ground-up construction of parking facilities, contract negotiation, as well as staffing and resource management.
